Yes! Pilates is often recommended for those with back pain or recovering from injuries because it focuses on strengthening the core and increasing flexibility— and most importantly just getting you moving in a safe and supported way. Our instructors are experienced in adapting exercises to suit your needs, ensuring an effective workout.

Yes, Reformer Pilates can be safe during pregnancy, but it’s essential to work with a certified instructor experienced in prenatal Pilates. Reformer Pilates offers low-impact, controlled exercises that can help maintain strength, stability, and flexibility throughout pregnancy. Modifications are often made to ensure safety, especially as your body changes across the trimesters. Certain positions and exercises may be avoided to protect both you and your baby, so it’s best to consult with both your doctor and a qualified Pilates instructor before starting or continuing Reformer Pilates during pregnancy.

Life happens! If you need to miss a class during your trial, just let us know and we’ll help you to reschedule. We want you to get the most out of your experience, so we’ll work with you to make sure you don’t miss out on your 3 classes. We do ask that you give us as much notice as possible - at least 12 hours.

Your On-Demand sessions let you follow a pre-programmed session on screen in your own time, in clinic. On-Demand sessions are recommended once you have attended at least 3 sessions with your qualified instructor and have discussed this with them, to ensure you are ready. Clinic open hours are 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday and 8.30am - 2.30pm on Saturdays so you can attend an On-Demand session at a time that suits you. Bookings are required.

Consistency is key! Ideally, we recommend practicing Reformer Pilates at least 2 times a week to see noticeable improvements in strength, flexibility, and posture. That being said, even just once a week can bring benefits, and it’s always important to listen to your body and find a routine that works for you.

For your first session, all you need is comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move easily (think yoga pants or leggings and a fitted top). Grippy socks are a great idea, as they help you stay stable on the Reformer. We provide all the equipment, so just bring a water bottle and an open mind!

Terms & Conditions: Offers available to new clients only, once a trial offer (3 sessions, over 3 weeks) has been completed. 10 pack of private sessions, duet sessions and on-demand sessions are available for 3 months. Private and Duet sessions are booked in advance with your instructor. 12-hour cancellation applies to all sessions with your instructor, or you may be charged. For Duet sessions, where one partner is unable to attend, the other has the option to cancel also or convert to a Private session for an additional $15. On-demand sessions are completed on your own (without an instructor) using a pre-programmed class on screen. It is recommended that you discuss your on-demand participation with your instructor before attending to ensure you are ready.
